Installment Coupon: 2% surcharge is added to the first installment payment

Notice of delinquent tax will be sent out around April 1st, pursuant to Real Property Tax Law. There is a charge of $2.00 on each parcel when this notice is sent. (Payments will be returned if $2.00 is not included.)
