Please take notice, that I, Tammy Beauregard, the undersigned collector of taxes of the Town of Minden, County of Montgomery, State of New York, have duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes within the Town of Minden for the year of 2025 Visit www.townofminden.org for tax amounts.

I will receive tax payments at 134 State Highway 80, Fort Plain, NY 13339, from
January 2, 2025, through March 31, 2025.

CLOSED: FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY & HOLIDAYS

Payment is preferred by check or money order made payable to:
Tammy Beauregard, Tax Collector, Payment can also be made by cash and/or credit/debit card. A convenience fee of 2.45% or $1.95 minimum will be collected for using this service. The collection period will begin January 2, 2025, and will be interest free through January 31, 2025.
Beginning February 1, 2025, through February 28, 2025, a penalty of 1% is added.
Beginning March 1, 2025, through March 31, 2025 a penalty of 2% is added.
Each tax bill due on March 15th will also be charged a $1.00 processing fee in accordance with Section 924–A of the Real Property Law of the State of New York
