Welcome to the Town of Orchard Park Online Tax Payment & Search System.

The 2026 Town and County tax bills are mailed on or about January 15, 2026.

Taxes may be paid:

  • Online
    • We only accept Visa, Discover, AMEX or MasterCard (2.45% service fee) or by electronic check ($1.75 flat fee).
    • Card payment service fees are collected by the web service provider, not the Town of Orchard Park. State law prohibits municipalities from waiving or absorbing service fees.
    • When using an electronic check (E-check), please allow at least two weeks for processing and delivery.
    • IMPORTANT: E-checks are not postmarked. The date the e-check arrives in the clerk's office is the date used for determining whether or not a payment is on-time or late.
  • By Mail
    • We accept checks and money orders
    • DO NOT mail cash
    • Envelopes must be postmarked no later than February 17, 2026 in order to be considered "on time."
    • IMPORTANT: As of December 24, 2025 the US Postal Service has changed its postmark rule. Mail will be postmarked when processed by automation and not when it is dropped off at the post office. Please mail any tax payments at least a week before the due date. It is highly recommended that you bring your payment a postal clerk and ask them to hand stamp the envelope.
  • At the Municipal Building
    • You may safely leave your payment -- check or money order -- 24/7 in the night deposit box located in the wall of the Orchard Park Municipal Building lobby (4295 S. Buffalo Street near the Four Corners).
    • In the Town Clerk's Office, Monday through Friday between 8:30am and 4:15pm. We accept Check, Money Orders or Cash. Credit and Debit are NOT currently accepted in the office. Electronic payments are only accepted online.

On-line payments will not be accepted after May 31, 2026.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: For a list of all exemptions available in your town you must phone the Town Assessor at 716-662-6420. You may be eligible for senior citizen tax exemptions. Senior Citizens have until March 1, 2026 to apply for such exemptions.
