Welcome to the Town of Florence Online Tax Payment & Search System

The 2026 Town & County Tax payments will be accepted by the Tax Collector from January 1, 2026 through March 31, 2026.

Regular office hours are Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM. We will also be open 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM on the due date, March 31, 2026. Please note we are closed on all government holidays.

This site will soon support online payments by credit card, debit card, and e-check during the 2026 collection season. In person and payments by mail are still accepted.

You may view and print current bills or receipts using this site.

Payment Schedule:

• Jan 1 – Jan 31: No penalty
• Feb 1 – Feb 14: 1% penalty
• Feb 15 – Feb 28: 1% + $2
• Mar 1 – Mar 31: 2% + $2After March 31, taxes must be paid directly to the Oneida County Finance Department.

(Please note: payments made to the County will not be reflected on this website.)
