2025-2026 School Tax Payments will be accepted by Donna M. Rose, Receiver of Taxes, beginning September 2, 2025, Monday – Friday 9 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. We will be open late on, Monday, September 29th and Tuesday, September 30th till 7:00pm. We are closed for all government holidays. Taxes are payable by mail or in person. We accept Check, Cash, Credit or Debit card. (A convenience fee of 2.45% added by the credit card provider, not the Town of Haverstraw, for all credit & debit cards will apply.)

You may view and print the current bills or receipts from this site. It also will have five years of tax payment history at the town level. If prior years taxes show unpaid you can check with the County to verify the payments on delinquent taxes.

Payment Schedule: September 2nd to September 30th – no penalty; October 1st to October 31st – 5% penalty. After these dates, School taxes are payable to Rockland County Commissioner of Finance (845)364–3878.
