To get the best results from this system, remember less is more. You only need to fill in one box to get a result. If the box you choose to fill in is the address, leaving off words such as road, court, lane, etc. will yield better results than including them. Same with owner’s name, using just the last name is sufficient. If you get “No Results Found” when searching, check the information you typed in and try again.
2026 Property Tax payments will be accepted by the Town of Clifton Park Receiver of Taxes beginning January 2, 2026 and continue to March 31, 2026.

Property tax bills are also payable online by credit card (American Express Cards not accepted) with a 2.5% transaction fee, $3.95 fee for Visa debit cards and $2.00 fee for electronic checks. These fees are charged by the credit card company (not the Town). Once payment is received by mail or online transactions, a paid receipt will be mailed to the property owner.

There is a freestanding, secure drop box located on the Vischer Ferry Rd entrance to the Town Hall building just inside the doorway. It is available 24/7. Please put your entire bill with the check in an envelope that contains a phone number and/or email address where you can be reached should we need to contact you about your payment. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE CASH IN THE BOX!
Payments will be accepted from January 2, 2026 through February 2, 2026 without penalty; February 3, 2026 through March 2, 2026 with 1 % penalty and March 3, 2026 through March 31, 2026 with 2% penalty plus a $2 service charge. Please note: Both Jan 31st and Feb 28th fall on Saturdays in 2026 extending the without penalty and 1% penalty periods to the Monday as indicated above.
