When searching for your parcel, use only one of the search fields above. When searching by Owner Name exclude middle initial. When searching by Property Address, enter only the street number and name excluding the suffix (Rd. Dr., Blvd., St,Etc.)

You may pay your taxes online by using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card (2.45% convenience fee), by Visa debit card ($3.95 flat fee) or Mastercard, Discover or any Bank debit card (1.50% convenience fee) by electronic check ($1.75 flat fee, when using an electronic check please allow two weeks for processing). Convenience fees are collected by the web service provider, not the Town of Tonawanda.

We are also accepting payments (check or cash) in person or check by mail at Town Clerk's Office Rm. 14, 2919 Delaware Ave., Kenmore N.Y. 14217. Office hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. October 15th. Please make checks payable to “Tonawanda Town Clerk”. Your School tax payment must be postmarked or received on or before October 15, 2024 to avoid late penalties. Notice: Online payments will NOT be accepted after October 31, 2024 for Village and November 30, 2024 for School.
