Welcome to the Town of Lancaster online Tax payment & search system

When searching for your parcel, use only one of the fields above. When searching by Owner Name, exclude any middle initial. When searching by Property Address, enter only street number and name, excluding Road, Street, Avenue, etc.

You may pay your taxes online by using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit card (2.5% service fee); by Visa debit card ($4.00 flat fee); or by electronic check ($2.00 flat fee). Service fees are collected by the web service provider, not the Town of Lancaster.

We STRONGLY encourage payments be made via the Dropbox (at the entrance to the Town Hall on Clark Street), the online system, or the US Postal Service.

Please make checks payable to Diane M. Terranova-Town Clerk. Your School tax payment must be postmarked or received on or before October 15, 2024, to avoid late penalties. Notice: Online payments will not be accepted after November 30, 2024.
