Welcome to the Town of Salina Online Tax Payment & Search System

2019-2020 School Tax Payments will be accepted by Town of Salina Receiver of Taxes beginning September 04, 2019 through October 31, 2019. Regular office hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 -4:30. In addition, we will be open from 8:30 – 6:00 on the DUE DATE of OCTOBER 03, 2019. We are closed for all government holidays. There are three ways to make payment:

IN PERSON: by cash, check or credit/debit (see convenience fee breakdown & info below), at the Town of Salina Tax Office, 201 School Road, Liverpool, NY 13088

BY MAIL: Make checks payable and mail to: Town of Salina Receiver of Taxes, 201 School Road, Liverpool, NY 13088. US postmark accepted. Please return entire bill, if you would like a receipt.

ONLINE: PLEASE NOTE: ALL payments made online, by credit or debit cards, must be “paid in full”. NO partial payments may currently be made online. A convenience fee for Credit/Debit or E-check is charged by the payment processor (not the town) and will be applied for services listed as follows. Fees for Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express are 2.45% of total tax payment. Visa debit $3.95 (flat rate) or E-check $1.75 (flat rate).

Payment Schedule: Sept 4 through Oct 3, 2019 - no penalty, Oct 4 through Oct 31 -2% penalty. After October 31st, school tax may are payable to Onondaga County Chief Fiscal Officer from Nov. 1 through Nov. 15. (PAYMENTS MADE TO THE COUNTY WILL NOT BE POSTED ON THIS WEBSITE).
