AFTER APRIL 16th, 2025 ONLINE PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE IN PERSON OR BY MAIL TO SCHROON LAKE TAX COLLECTOR.

You can pay your taxes online by either Credit Cards or E–Checks.
– Flat E–Check – Convenience Fee of $2.00
– Flat Visa Debit – 2.95% Convenience Fee
– MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover Credit Charge – 2.95% Convenience Fee

Payments may be received in person at the
Schroon Lake Town Hall located at 15 Leland Ave, Schroon Lake, NY 12870.

Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8AM to 2 PM.
Payments at the office may be made by check, cash, money order.
Electronic payments cannot be accepted at the Town Hall at this time.

Receipts for payments made on this website will be mailed to the address listed on the tax bill.

Note: Notice of delinquent tax will be sent out around March1st, pursuant to Real Property Tax Law. There is a charge of $2.00 on each parcel when this notice is sent (payments will be returned if $2.00 is not included).

Payments made at the County will not be posted on this website, and payments made after the close of the Tax Collection period will not be posted on this website.
