Welcome to the Town of Yates Online Tax Payment & Search System!

The 2024 Town & County Tax payments will be accepted by the Town of Yates Tax Collector beginning January 1, 2024, through April 30, 2024. Regular office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday 9:00 AM –4:30 PM and Wednesday from 9:00 AM–12:30 PM and 6:30 PM–8:30 PM. We are closed for all government holidays. Currently taxes are payable by check or cash. This site will be the future host of Credit, Debit & E–check payments for January tax collection.

You may view and print the current tax bills and receipts from this site. You can verify prior delinquent tax payments and tax bills with the Orleans County Treasurer's Office at (585)589–5353.

Payment Schedule: January 1st – January 31st– 0 penalty, February 1st– February 29th– 1% penalty, March 1st – March 31st– 2% penalty, April 1st – April 30th– 3% penalty, made payable to the Town of Yates Tax Collector, 8 S. Main St., PO Box 482, Lyndonville, NY 14098. (PAYMENTS MADE TO THE COUNTY WILL NOT BE POSTED ON THIS WEBSITE).
