Welcome to the Town of Waterford Online Tax Payment and History System.
You only need to fill in one of the boxes. When using the address box on this page put your street # and street name leave off Rd., Ct., etc. or if using the owner's name box put the last name only.
In person payments will be accepted starting January 2, 2026 during normal office hours Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 4pm. Closed Saturday, Sunday and holidays. We accept cash or check.
You can also pay your property taxes online by using your Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card. Please note the payments tendered through this portal will be assessed a 2.95% convenience fee with a minimum fee of $2.00. Convenience fees are collected by the web service provider, CSG Forte Payments, Inc., not by the Town of Waterford.

We will receive payment from January 1st thru January 31st without penalty. February 1st thru February 28th 1% penalty and March 1st thru March 31st 2% penalty and a $2.00 second notice fee.

All unpaid tax bills are turned over to the Saratoga County Treasurer's Office on April 1st , 40 McMaster Street Ballston Spa, NY 12020. Additional penalties may apply; call 518-884-4724.
Payments made to Saratoga County will not appear on this website.
