- Not postmarked by the due dates.
- If penalties is not included.
- Payment is not the correct amount.
- 2nd & 3rd installments need to be paid at the Jefferson County Treasures Office 175 Arsenal Street Watertown, NY 13601.

Payments not postmarked by the March deadline will be returned to the Jefferson County Treasures Office where additional interest and penalties will be added.
