Welcome to the Town of Cheektowaga Online Tax Payment & Search System
When searching for your parcel, use only one of the search fields above. When searching by Owner Name exclude your middle initial. When searching by Property Address, enter only the street number and name excluding the suffix (Rd., Dr. etc).
Payment Methods:
• Mail a check in the envelope provided
o A U.S. Postmark dated within the penalty-free period is a timely payment - even if the office physically receives the payment after the interest-free period expires. In order, to ensure a timely payment when it is close to the deadline, you should take your payment to the post office and ask for the envelope to be hand stamped (or hand-cancellation).
• In-person at Cheektowaga Town Hall
• Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card – 2.50% service fee for the total transaction, per transaction
• Visa, MasterCard or Discover debit card - $4.00 flat service fee for the total transaction, per transaction
• You can also pay by electronic check for a flat service fee of $2.00. Please allow two weeks for processing.
All Service fees are collected by the service provider and NOT by the Town of Cheektowaga. Our online tax payment system will only accept FULL PAYMENTS.

Located in the back of Town Hall (Open 24hours)
The box will be emptied at MIDNIGHT on October 15, November 2, November 30, 2026.
Any item found in the box the following morning will be subject to the new penalty schedule.
