Please take notice, that I, Tammy Beauregard, the undersigned collector of
taxes of the Town of Minden, County of Montgomery, State of New York,
have duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes within the
Town of Minden for the year of 2026 Visit www.town of mindenny.gov for tax
amounts.
I will receive tax payments at 134 St Hwy 80, Fort Plain, NY 13339, from
January 5, 2026, through March 31, 2026

Tues. & Wed. 7:00AM –4:30PM
Thursday 9:00AM – 5:00 PM
CLOSED: FRI. SAT., SUN., and HOLIDAYS
Payments accepted are cash, check or money order made payable to:
Tammy Beauregard, Tax Collector, or credit/debit card. A convenience fee of
2.45% or $1.95 minimum will be collected for using this service. Convenience
fees are collected by CSG Forte for providing the service. Please call:

The collection period will begin January 1, 2026, and will be interest free through
January 31, 2026. When the office is closed, you can utilize the drop box,
located by the main entrance for the Town Clerk's office.
Beginning February 1 through February 28th, a 1% penalty is added.
March 1 through March 31st a 2% penalty is added.
Each tax bill due on March 15th will also be charged a $1.00-dollar processing fee
in accordance with Section 924-A of the Real Property Law of the State of New
York
