Tax payments will be accepted by the Town of North East through February 28, 2023 without penalty. Tax payments made in March will include a 2% penalty, payments made in April will include a 3% penalty, and payments made in May will include a 4% penalty. In addition, after May 15th, a fee of $2.00 will be added for each parcel. Office hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.; or by appointment (518-789-3300, Ext. 603).

Notice of payment: THE LAST DAY PAYMENTS WILL BE POSTED BY THE TOWN OF NORTH EAST IS MAY 31, 2023. AFTER MAY 31, 2023, YOU MUST CALL THE DUTCHESS COUNTY COMMISSIONER OF FINANCE FOR PAYMENT AND PENALTY INFORMATION AT 845-486-2025.
