TIP for using the SEARCH function:  “Less is More”

For a smooth and accurate search use only your LAST NAME or your ROAD NAME and then select your property from the list the search engine suggests.  Any mismatch of middle initials or punctuation that is not exact to the legal record on file at the County will result in “no record found”. To find previous years, change the “Collection Year” at the top of the search options.

Taxes can be paid online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by using your Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover credit card (2.5% convenience fee will apply, $1.80 minimum), Visa Debit card ($4.00 flat fee will apply) or by Electronic Check ($1.8 flat fee will apply).  Convenience and flat fees are collected by the web service provider, not by the Town of Charlton.  You will receive an email confirmation of your payment.  The website will not reflect your payment until it is verified and updated the next business day.

In addition to printing the current bills or receipts from this site , you can also access 10 years of tax payments made during the Town of Charlton Tax Collection period of January 1 through March 31 every year.  If prior year taxes show unpaid please contact the Saratoga County Treasurer at 518-884-4724 .  Payments made to Saratoga County directly will not appear on this website.

After April 1 all Tax payments for Town and County Property Tax must be made through the Saratoga County Treasurer’s  Office.
