Welcome to the Town of Florida's Online Tax Payment & Search System!

2024 Town & County Tax Payments will be accepted by Emily Staley, Receiver of Taxes, beginning January 1, 2024, through March 31, 2024. Regular office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8am – 3pm, Wednesday 2pm – 8pm and Saturday 9am – 12pm. Closed Fridays. We are closed for all government holidays. Currently taxes are payable by check or cash. This site will be the future host of Credit, Debit & E-check payments for the January tax collection.

You may view and print the current bills or payment confirmation from this site. It also will have five years of tax payment history at the town level. If prior year taxes show unpaid you can check with the Montgomery County Treasurer's Office at (518) 853-8175 to verify payments on delinquent taxes.

Payment Schedule: January 1 through January 31 - no penalty, February 1 through February 29 - 1% penalty. March 1 through March 31 – 2%. After these dates, Town & County Tax Bills are payable to Montgomery County Treasurer; call the Treasurer's office at 518-853-8175 for current amounts due. (PAYMENTS MADE TO THE COUNTY WILL NOT BE POSTED ON THIS WEBSITE).
