Collection Location:	Town Clerk / Tax Collector's Office (571 Spellman Rd)
Collection Days / Times:	Monday — Thursday 4:00pm–7:00pm (January only)Friday 3:00pm–5:00pm (January only) Saturday 9:00 am–noon
Interest Rates:	January 0%, February 1%, March 2%, April 3%
Returned Check Fee:	$20.00 each occurence
Note:	Notice of delinquent tax will be sent out around April 1st, pursuant to Real Property Tax Law. There is a charge of $2.00 on each parcel when this notice is sent. (Payments will be returned if $2.00 is not included.)

LOCKED DROP BOXES ARE AVAILABLE AT BOTH ENTRANCES

(No Collection Sundays and Holidays for the purpose of receiving the taxes listed on said roll. Please Read Additional Information on the back side of tax bill, bottom section).

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that taxes may be paid on or before January 31, 2021 without penalty. On all taxes received after the February 1, 2021 date, there shall be added penalty – 1% if paid February 1st thru 28th, 2% if paid March 1st thru 31st, 3% if paid April 1st thru 30th.
