Welcome to the Town of Cheektowaga Online Tax Payment & Search System

When searching for your parcel, use only one of the search fields above. When searching by Owner Name exclude your middle initial. When searching by Property Address, enter only the street number and name excluding the suffix (Rd., Dr. etc).

Payment Methods:

• Mail a check in the envelope provided
• In-person at Cheektowaga Town Hall
• Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card -- 2.50% service fee for the total transaction, per transaction
• Visa, MasterCard or Discover debit card -- $4.00 flat service fee for the total transaction, per transaction
• You can also pay by electronic check for a flat service fee of $2.00. Please allow two weeks for processing

All service fees are collected by the service provider and NOT by the Town of Cheektowaga. Our online tax payment system will only accept FULL PAYMENTS.

Located in the back of Town Hall (Open 24hours)
The box will be emptied at MIDNIGHT on February 17, March 2, March 16, March 31, April 15, April 30, June 1 and June 30, 2026. Any item found in the box the following morning will be subject to the new penalty schedule.

Tuesday, February 17, 2026 from 4:15pm – 9:00pm
