2026-2027 TAX BILLS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER.   

PAYMENTS WILL BEGIN ON OCTOBER 1, 2026

 

This system allows you to: (1) View/print tax bill, (2) Pay your 2026-2027 school tax bill online, (3) Print a receipt

Search Tips:

For the best results when searching for your tax bill please select a single search option above, if you are using the Property Address option please enter only the house number and street name.  Do not include St., Dr., Ave., etc.  If you are entering an owner name, enter only the last name.  IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE YOUR TAX BILL NUMBER MAKE SURE IT’S THE CURRENT BILL NUMBER.  YOUR BILL NUMBER WILL NOT BE THE SAME AS THE PRIOR YEAR.

Always verify that the name and billing address match your property to ensure you are paying your own TAX BILL and not someone else's.

City of Middletown, Towns of Wallkill, Wawayanda, and Goshen residents-

You can pay your 2026-2027 school taxes by mail, on-line or in person from October 1 -March 1           

Due Dates:         October 1 – November 2             without penalty

                            November 3 – November 30       2% penalty

                            December 1 – December 31        3% penalty

                            January 1 – February 1                 4% penalty

                            February 2 – March 1                   5% penalty

Mail tax bill along with payment to:  School Tax Collector PO Box 5132 White Plains, NY 10602.  Make checks payable to: School Tax Collector

On-line:

Pay your taxes on-line using your Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card (2.45% convenience fee) by Debit card ($4.00 fee) or by electronic check ($2.00 fee).  Note:  All fees are collected and charged by the online payment provider, not the Middletown City School District.

ONLINE BANKNG BILL PAY IS NOT RECOMMENDED AND CANNOT BE GUARANTEED AS A TIMELY PAYMENT METHOD 

In person: 

Tax payment will be accepted at Webster Bank located at 1 Industrial Dr. Middletown, Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm, October 1-March 1. Tax bill is required for payment. Online school tax bills are accepted.
