2026 Town and County Tax payments are now due and payable beginning January 1^st thru

February 2nd without penalty.  February 3rd thru March 2nd there will be a 1% penalty.

March 3rd thru March 31^st there will be a 2% penalty.

March 31st is the last day to pay at the Town of Montgomery.

After that date, you must call the Commissioner of Finance in Goshen at 845-291-2480 for

payment information.  Any payments made at the County will not be posted on this website.

You may pay your taxes on-line using your Visa, Mastercard or Discover credit card (2.45% convenience

fee).  Visa debit card ($3.95 flat fee), or by electronic check ($1.75 flat fee).  Note: convenience fees are

collected by the on-line payment provider.
