Welcome to the Town of Palm Tree Online Tax Search and Payment Page

The Town of Palm Tree will be accepting online payments for the 2024 Town and County tax bills. A convenience fee is added for all online payments as follows: Credit Cards 2.5% (minimum fee $1.80), E-Check/ACH $2.00.

Payments can be mailed to:
Town of Palm Tree Receiver of Taxes, PO Box 568, Monroe, NY 10949-0568.

In-Person and Courier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) Payments:
Town of Palm Tree, Town/Village Hall, 51 Forest Rd Ste 340, Monroe, NY 10950. Note: there is no US Postal delivery to this address. Mailed payments should be sent to the PO Box above.

Payments received after January 31, 2024 a penalty is added:
- 1% if paid in February
- 2% plus $2 if paid in March

After April 1, 2024, taxes must be paid to the Orange County Commissioner of Finance. Please call (845) 291-2480 for amount and payment instructions. Payments made directly to the County will not be reflected on this site.
