When searching for your parcel, use only one of the search fields above. When searching by Owner Name exclude middle initial. When searching by Property Address, enter only the street number and name excluding the suffix (Rd. Dr., Blvd., St,Etc.)

You may pay your taxes online by using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card (2.45% convenience fee), by Visa debit card ($3.95 flat fee) or Mastercard debit card or any other Bank debit card (1.50% convenience fee) by electronic check ($1.75 flat fee, when using an electronic check please allow two weeks for processing). Convenience fees are collected by the web service provider, not the Town of Tonawanda.

We are also accepting payments (check) by mail at Town Clerk's Office Rm. 14, 2919 Delaware Ave., Kenmore N.Y. 14217 and at our drop box by the handicap ramp on the Delaware Rd. side of the Municipal building. Please make checks payable to “Tonawanda Town Clerk”. Your Village tax payment must be postmarked or received on or before July 1, 2025 to avoid late penalties. Notice: Online payments will not be accepted after October 31, 2025 for Village and June30, 2025, for County taxes.
