Welcome to the Town of Windham Online Tax Roll & Payment System for 2026

This system allows taxpayers to view, print and pay their tax bills in a secure and convenient environment.

Payment methods available:

Online: You may pay your taxes online with a credit card, debit card or e-check. By law the town is not allowed to pay the transaction processing fee. Therefore, it must be paid by the user. The fee is collected by the web service provider, not the Town.

PLEASE KEEP THESE CONVENIENCE FEES IN MIND WHEN SELECTING ONLINE PAYMENT OPTION.

In person: Tax payments will be accepted Monday through Thursday, between 11am and 3pm at the office of Katherine Murray, CPA located at 134 County Route 12, Windham, NY, 12496. For your convenience we have placed a drop box outside the office for payments, available 24/7. Please include your Bill number on your check.

By mail: Please make checks payable to Katherine Murray, Tax Collector. Please include Bill number or Parcel number on your check. Mail to: Katherine Murray, Windham Tax Collector, PO Box 214, Hensonville, NY 12439.

A $15 charge will be added for each returned check.

Tax payments will be received without penalty until January 31, 2026 or with a US Postal Service Date stamp of February 2, 2026. Payments made after this date must include the appropriate penalty as indicated on the tax bill. If not, your payment will not be accepted and returned to you as unpaid. Payments will be accepted through July 31, 2026 after which time the taxpayer should contact the Greene County Treasurer for payment information @ 518-719-3527.
