Welcome to the Village of Chatham, NY Online Tax Payment Portal

You may pay your Village property taxes online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using credit card, debit card, or electronic check A processing fee will be applied to all online transactions.

Payment Schedule
-    Taxes are due on or before July 1 without penalty.
-    A 5% late penalty is applied after July 1.
-    An additional 1 % per month is added thereafter until paid.

Important Information
-    Partial payments are not accepted. Taxes must be paid in full (including any notice and late fees). For properties with multiple delinquent bills, payments must be made in reverse chronological order, with the most recent bill paid first.
-    The Village of Chatham accepts Village taxes only.  The Village does not collect Town, County, or School taxes.
-    Payments will be reflected on this site within 1 business day.
-    You will receive an email confirmation upon successful payment.

Payment may be mailed to, or paid in-person, at the Tracy Memorial Hall, 77 Main St., Chatham, NY 12037.  Checks must be made payable to the Village of Chatham.

Village offices are open Monday-Thursday, 9 AM - 1 PM
 
Notice

Online payments are subject to third-party processing fees. The Village of Chatham does not receive any portion of these fees. Partial payments are not accepted through this system.
This portal is for Village property taxes only; Town, County, and School taxes must be paid to the appropriate jurisdiction.
