Payments are accepted in cash, and check payable to Lee A. Freno, Receiver of Taxes.  Debit/credit cards are also accepted.  There is a flat fee of $4.00 for a Visa debit and a 2.50% fee on all other debit transactions and credit card transactions.

An online payment option is also available.  The same fees above apply.  There is a $2.00 flat fee for e-checks.

Town of Wappinger Wappingers Central School District school taxes may be paid in full on or before October 13, 2026.  Payments made from October 14, 2026, through October 30, 2026, incur a two percent (2%) penalty.  After that date, unpaid taxes will be returned to the Dutchess County Commissioner of Finance.
