Welcome to the Town of West Seneca
Online Tax Payment & Search System



Our online system is a convenient and easy way to pay your taxes using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or AMEX credit card (2.45% service fee), Visa debit card ($3.95 flat fee) or by electronic check ($1.75 flat fee). When using an electronic check, please allow up to two weeks for processing. Service fees are collected by the web service provider, not the Town of West Seneca. Please note, partial payments are not accepted online.

Tax payments are also accepted in person or by mail at the West Seneca Town Clerk’s Office, 1250 Union Road, Room 212, West Seneca, Monday – Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

In addition to regular business hours, the Town Clerk’s office will be open on Saturday, February 14th 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM and Tuesday, February 17th 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Please note the Town Clerk’s Office is CLOSED on Monday, February 16th  for the holiday.

Your tax payment must be received or postmarked by February 17, 2026, to avoid late penalties

**USPS has updated their postmark processing.  All mail goes to the regional hub for processing rather than the local branch.  Please note that this may cause a 1-3 day delay before the official postmark date is applied, thus impacting deadlines for tax bills.**

I strongly recommend residents go inside to the post office and request a manual postmark stamp at the counter, use the drop box inside Town Hall (it is located just inside the entrance on the left side) where you may safely leave your check payment, online payments or pay in person to avoid any late fees.
