Welcome to the Town of West Seneca
Online Tax Payment & Search System

Our online system is a convenient and easy way to pay your taxes using your checking account (routing information is required), credit or debit card.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit cards.  The processing fees will be applied as follows: any credit card (2.45% service fee of the total amount due), VISA debit card ($3.95 flat fee) or by electronic check ($1.75 flat fee). When using an electronic check, please allow up to two weeks for processing. Service fees are collected by the web service provider, not the Town of West Seneca. Please note, partial payments are NOT accepted online.

Tax payments are also accepted in person at the West Seneca Town Clerk’s Office, at 1250 Union Road, Room 212, West Seneca, Monday – Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. as well as by mail.  Please be mindful of the due dates.
Your tax payment must be received or postmarked by October 15, 2026, to avoid late penalties.
In addition to regular business hours, the Town Clerk’s Office will be open on Saturday, October 10th 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM and Thursday, October 15th 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Please note the Town Clerk’s Office is CLOSED on Monday, October 12th for the holiday.
A deposit drop box has been placed in the lower vestibule of Town Hall and outside the Town Clerk’s office where you may safely leave your check payment. The drop box is available 24 hours a day.
